Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born October 4 1979) is an American actress, model and singer. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. This series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both stand-up comics and social worker. She is of Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
