  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born on April 30, 1990, more commonly known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American musician and rapper. The stage name he uses is the namesake of his favorite uncle, paired with the name of one of his inspirations, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed joint-recording contracts with Epic and T.I. He signed a joint-recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first project that was full-length the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. The mixtape was later followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo (2015), his first studio album was the first album to feature the smash single "Antidote". His second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott followed that year with a joint album titled Huncho Jack Huncho, which was released under the name Huncho Jack. The band's third studio album Astroworld was released to critical acclaim. The album produced his debut Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's single "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott became the first artist in the Hot 100 to have three songs at number 1 in less that an entire year, in the year 2020.
