Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member as well as the captain of the Fierce Five in 2012 and the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. Aly Raisman was awarded three gold medals during the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. She also took home a bronze on balance beam. This made her the Olympics gymnast with the highest number of medals. At the 2016, Olympics she took home gold in the team event that brought her and co-teammate Gabby Douglas the distinction of having being among the few Americans to earn back-to-back team golds. Additionally, she won silver in the individual all around event as well as for floor exercise. After the second Olympics, she was off for three years from gymnastics. Additionally, she was a member of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics squads. Gymnastics was her first sport since age two, and her favorite event is Floor Exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandmother. Aly plans on pursuing an occupation in fashion and would like to expand her signature line of leotards and socks later on. Fierce A novel, which she is writing will come out this year.
